The system features editable formulas, live syncing, and shareable reports for project teams.

This platform sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and construction tech. It empowers project stakeholders to analyze material quantities and costs directly from live BIM models, improving coordination and cost control. We ensured the interface remains lightweight yet powerful, with visual cues and version controls for better collaboration.

The challenges

Designed a dynamic estimating tool for AEC teams that automates budgeting directly from architectural models. We collaborated with architects and engineers to prioritize UX around accuracy and speed. Challenges included version handling, real-time updates, and large file parsing—all solved with a performance-first UI framework.

The Solutions

The final platform enabled AVR clients to automate hours of manual estimation work. Architects, engineers, and contractors now generate cost breakdowns directly from BIM models with speed and clarity. Thanks to the integrated UI/UX system, the tool reduced cost estimation errors and improved coordination across design and finance teams.
