Urban Sharing powers bike-sharing and micromobility systems across modern cities. We designed a responsive management interface that enables operators to monitor usage, rebalance vehicles, and access performance analytics in real time.

The platform serves city-wide transportation systems by helping local partners manage shared bikes, e-bikes, and scooters. Its ecosystem includes live tracking, service zones, and integrations with city transport infrastructure. Designed a responsive micromobility admin panel with fleet data, usage patterns, and service area tools.

The challenges

Urban Sharing now operates with an intuitive fleet management dashboard used across multiple cities. Users gained access to improved route insights, bike stats, and service performance metrics, resulting in better uptime and satisfaction. Designed fleet tracking and dock management UI for Europe’s leading bike-sharing modular platform that supports fleet tracking, heatmaps, operational tasks, and user access control for city administrators and mobility providers.

The Solutions

We designed a flexible admin platform with map-based fleet visualization, dock availability insights, and ride analytics. Custom modules for city and partner roles allowed tailored access and operational control. Our solution included data analytics, geo-fencing tools for active fleet management. We created intuitive interfaces for managing bikes and rebalancing teams. Navigation and data flows were optimized for dispatchers and city planners.
